If you see "Your YCD Wallet is on hold. Contact support for help.", our support team has put your wallet on hold.

What it means

• You can't pay with YCD Wallet or add money by card.
• Refunds from apps and credits from support still arrive.
• Your balance stays yours.

A wallet can also be put on hold when the account is suspended.

What to do

Tap Help, choose YCD Wallet under What is it about?, and tell us what happened. Support can take the hold off.

Meanwhile, you can pay by card where the app offers it.
